The following is the procedure to install the firmware.

– Remove the wire from the zip
– Download Odin v3.09 from here
– Extract the zip file Odin
– Launch Odin v3.09
– Restart your smartphone dowload mode (press and hold Home button + Power + Volume Down)
– Connect your smartphone to your PC and wait until Odin gives the signal
– Add the firmware file to AP / PDA, do not select re-partition
– click Start and wait
GALAXY NOTE 4
Currently on our Galaxy Note 4 Italian no-brand we have not yet received notification. As we said in THIS article the only way to install Android 5.0.1 is to known to resort to software Odin.
