In addition to the new look and the hardware equipment high level, the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge offer a better user experience than the Galaxy S5. The Korean manufacturer has modified the interface TouchWiz , removing the bloatware is not necessary, reducing the length of the menu icons and replacing many ambiguous with a clearer text. The new UI has therefore a more simple and intuitive.
Users who purchase the new Galaxy S6 will notice several new features. The menu lists fewer options than the Galaxy Note 4 and their appearance has been updated with a more modern look (even on the Material Design Android 5.0 Lollipop). It has also reduced the number of pop-ups and notifications. The powerful processor octa core (Exynos 7420) eliminates any lag interface, allowing you to perform various operations with extreme speed.
The icons and text are simple and legible. Users can immediately recognize the app based on the colors associated : green for the phone app, purple and orange for the app video for the app contacts. On Galaxy S6 edge color coding is even more advanced. The user can assign a different color to five contacts, in order to identify the sender immediately when the smartphone is on the table with the screen down. The feature, called People Edge, allows it to respond quickly with a swipe to the left.
The new TouchWiz also allows customize the interface , through the choice of themes or modification of other elements, such as icons of the apps. Samsung will offer public APIs to allow developers to create themes to be loaded on the store.
