-> A few days after the official launch at Mobile World Congress 2015 in Barcelona, the first problems emerge for the two new devices to the tip of South Korea’s Samsung, we talk about Galaxy Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge .
The Korean site AsiaToday has indeed published an article in which it is pointed out a problem that affects both the touchscreen device. The touchscreen of the two terminals would not be able to properly detect the touches in the area adjacent to the thin frame . The problem seems to be more evident in the Galaxy S6, S6 Edge even if the model is not entirely free.
As we can see from the photo below, near the frame touchscreen difficult to recognize the touch (green areas), revealing an area of about 1-2 mm . Nothing incriminating, considering normal use, but rather annoying for those who use particular applications or games, which require a higher precision of touch. Even a Video , loaded on the same page of AsiaToday, highlights the problem of recognition of touch.
It is not yet clear whether it is a problem of the touchscreen controller or a South Korean company’s choice , just to prevent any accidental touches and ensure a better user experience. Recall that one of the strengths of the two new terminals is just the display: a panel Super AMOLED 5.1 inch diagonal, with a resolution of 1440×2560 pixels . The Galaxy S6 Edge also boasts a curved panel on both sides. The marketing of the two terminals will start on April 10 . We just have to wait for further clarification from the manufacturer.
