Samsung appears to be selling two different versions of Galaxy S6 and S6 edge with a rear camera Sony and the other produced by the same Korean company. At the moment in Italy seems clearly dominant presence sensor Sony, but in case you were to buy one with ISOCELL Samsung, or even just out of curiosity, you can get an idea of the differences due to the image gallery below.

All photos, except the last two taken in HDR , were captured in auto mode, and the result seems reward slightly sensor Sony IMX240 than Samsung, especially in bright conditions, where the images are a bit ‘more set with Color more pronounced. In some cases, however, the white balance is in favor dell’ISOCELL, in particular when the ambient light falls. It is not trivial short elect a winner, perhaps because there is not. Also note that the size of the photo sensor Sony is larger than the sensor of Samsung.
If we ever get a chance to replicate a similar comparison in person, you will surely find on these pages.
