At the beginning of March 2015 Samsung unveiled to the public its new top of the range: the Samsung Galaxy S6 . This is the best smartphone ever made by Samsung in many ways – and, what’s more, the company has also introduced a variant with curved display “dual-edge”, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
The noble materials, excellent construction and hardware components of this new smartphone place it as one of the best Android smartphones in circulation despite the price, as usual, it appears quite high though on average with the competition. In
practice we could do a single review of Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge Galaxy, since the two devices differ in small points, however, we will see the differences in a comparison dedicated.

Hardware & amp; Phones
The Samsung Galaxy S6 is a top of the range in all directions: from the hardware features to materials presents the latest components and noble materials and quality. Overall Samsung has never made a smartphone so fine, strong and beautiful to look at, as it has always used and at least some plastic insert.

Important aspect of storage memory is the type: we speak of a UFS 2.0 which ensures a speed in writing and reading higher than that found in Galaxy S5 and smartphones with eMMC memory.
On a photo Instead, Samsung continues to not disappoint and inserts on the Samsung Galaxy S6 a great 16 megapixel sensor on the rear with optical and digital, and a 5 megapixel sensor on the front with wide angle focal opening 1.9. Also on the rear side of the camera, there is a sensor for detecting the heartbeat, while on the front there is a biometric sensor to detect fingerprints on the home button. The latter resembles TouchID Apple, or just put your finger to take the impression rather than scroll on the sensor as they did on the Galaxy S5.
Side connectivity, however, we support the LTE network to 300Mbps in download and 50Mbps upload speed as well as support for all GSM, GPRS, EDGE, 3G and HSPA +. By focusing on the reception we had no problem, the device has indeed resulted in an excellent way, also with regard to the WiFi that supports protocols a / b / g / n / ac. Obviously the Bluetooth 4.0 LE works properly, as well as the GPS tested several times with navigation through Google Maps and TomTom. The volume in call during conversations with the earpiece is good, as the hands-free thanks to the increased power of the speaker.
Last but very important aspect of the display is a 5.1-inch Super panel with AMOLED qHD resolution or 2560 × 1440 pixels. The display is “flat” or flat and not curved and / or flexible as the one present on Galaxy S6 Edge.
Overall, therefore, as you have been able to appreciate, it is a concentrate of technology that we find difficult about other devices.
Ergonomics, Design & amp; Materials
The run-up to the increasingly large screens seems to be finally over: the Samsung Galaxy S6 has a display of 5.1 inches, a size still acceptable to use it with one hand because even the frames do not appear to be too bulky. The ergonomics of the Samsung Galaxy S6 is good and slightly better than the version of Edge since the edges are thick enough for a good grip.

Other workhorse of Samsung Galaxy S6 is the display. On its smartphone Samsung uses Super Amoled owners who have now reached a level of quality truly exceptional. They are excellent both blacks and colors that we do not find the particular defects even in white and contrasts, which are of the highest level.
The display also has a good brightness but, above all, a high excursion allows a display almost off for not blind us at night and a brilliant display under the direct light of the sun. We’ve never had problems of visibility of the display of this Samsung Galaxy S6.

Overall a complete software, smooth and responsive. Too bad the lack of a feature to sort the drawer applications in alphabetical order, features that still may come soon with a software update.
CONCLUSIONS
Samsung Galaxy S6 is, in conclusion, one of the best Android smartphones. Its components from real top of the range, precious materials, its construction and its impeccable software lightweight and responsive make this smartphone a best buy if you search for the best with the Android operating system.
His only painful notes are two: the battery, which as we have seen does not have a great deal of autonomy, and the price, since the list of Samsung Galaxy S6 costs 739 euro in the 32GB version and 849 Euros in the version 64 GB. Price that will still set to fall with the passage of time (in fact there is already a 699 euro on Amazon).
