Came the first drop test for Galaxy Note 5 – HDblog (Blog)

Galaxy Note 5 is the newest incarnation of the series of notes and Samsung, as happened with Galaxy S6 earlier this year, introducing new guidelines in terms of material and design adopted by the South Korean manufacturer, also in the range of phablet.

This results in the use of a double glass which goes to cover both the front part and the rear, the latter characterized by a special process consisting of multiple nano- layers of glass capable of ensuring strength and flexibility having regard to the curvature present. Even the side trim in aluminum 6013 offers performance far superior to those of aluminum 6063 used in most devices, especially with regard to the impact strength and scratch resistance.

All this talk about the resistance of the materials mentioned has definitely raised a legitimate question: what is actually resistant Galaxy Note 5? To find out, we just have to rely on one of the first drop test available on the web, made through the use of a machine suitable for the purpose. The aluminum alloy 6013 shows definitely lived up to expectations, while on the glass … well we leave you to watch the video:
