During today’s event, Samsung introduced the world to the pair of gadgets with which it will try to maintain domain industry phablet after the arrival of Apple his iPhone 6 Plus. And if the first of the two can be described as an extra large version of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge seen in recent months, perhaps the true heir of the dynasty of Korean phablet is the second: Galaxy Note 5 .

Samsung took Note the last year and redesigned with the same care with which built the latest S series smartphones: also here glass and aluminum are combined in a compact and stylish design , which makes forget the name of “frying pan” that the Galaxy Note were carried away by the first model in the series. In particular, the back arched at the corners and the frames of the display minimized are made to make the gadget pleasant and comfortable to hold.
All this despite the screen remains always at 5, 7 “diagonal . Bending part, which here there is no trace, its specifications are shared with those of the other twin Galaxy S6 Edge Plus: 1440 x 2560 pixels of resolution, AMOLED technology and quality very, very high.
But the similarities with the other phablet presented simultaneously are not over. Note 5 hides inside the same processor, memory, camera and optional S6 Edge Plus processor octa-core Samsung Exynos 7420, 4GB of RAM , internal storage 32 or 64GB, the main camera from 16 megapixel with stabilized lens and f / 1.9, NFC, fast charging, fingerprint reader and platform support payment Samsung Pay. Even gaps remain the same: the microSD card slot is excluded from package and the 3000 mAh battery yourself is a step backwards compared to the past.
