After a sharp slowdown in sales of the Galaxy S series due to the unfortunate model of the fifth generation, it seems that the latest flagship smartphone of the Korean company is doing much better. Easy to predict, given also the positive reception reserved for him by critics, but more difficult to put a figure on the extent of the recovery. We test Deutsche Bank, according to which (according to a report given by EE Times and Yonhap News) Samsung would be getting ready this year to sell about 45 million devices between Galaxy S6 and its variant screen S6 curved edge.

It must be said that previous estimates were much more optimistic: 50 to 70 million units, as required by the same Samsung according to the Korea Times. Therefore, despite the predictions of Deutsche Bank seem to draw a rosy picture (any other manufacturer except Apple would do anything to get results like that), some commentators on the Net can not help but note that in its first six months’ old “Galaxy S4 had already totaled 40 million.

The flop determined by Galaxy S5 obviously has had repercussions on the future of the series, but at least sales now seem in lifts . Although Samsung will have to make further efforts to get up to his own expectations, the path taken may be the right one.
