Samsung Galaxy C is the new series of smartphones that the Korean manufacturer will announce the May 26 . The date specified in a shared invitation on the social network Weibo, refers to an event that will take place in China. The certifying body of the Asian country (TENAA) has published some pictures and specifications of the Galaxy C5 , confirming the rumors leaked in recent weeks. The Galaxy Galaxy C7 and C3 are the other two models that will arrive on the market.
The Galaxy C5, like other smartphones of the new series, has an aluminum unibody chassis. The hardware includes an AMOLED screen 5.2 inch with full HD resolution (1920 × 1080 pixels), octa-core Snapdragon 617 processor, 4 GB of RAM and 32/64 GB of flash memory, expandable with microSD cards. The cameras have a resolution of 16:08 megapixels, superior to those of the Galaxy S7, but do not offer (of course) the same quality. The battery has a capacity of 2,600 mAh. Likely the integration of a Hi-Fi audio chip , while the presence of a fingerprint reader is almost certain.
Virtually identical specifications of the Galaxy C7, except display ( 5.7 inch ) and battery (3,000 mAh). The Galaxy C3 will be the entry level model of the series with 4.7-inch screen, but do not know more details about the hardware equipment. The smartphone will be available in different colors and all will perform Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with TouchWiz interface.
The expected prices are 1,599 yuan for the Galaxy C5 (about 220 EUR) and 1,799 yuan (about 250 EUR) for the Galaxy C7. It is unclear whether Samsung has planned deployment in other countries.
