It is still months away from announcing the Samsung Galaxy S6 , but the database AnTuTu has just appeared a page showing what would be the technical specifications of the new smartphone , which is rumored to be redesigned from the ground in an attempt to win back customers after the unsatisfactory performance of the Galaxy S5.
M odel SM-G925F , that appeared in the famous site of benchmark would be the version of the Samsung Galaxy S6 for the European market, which however should not differ too much from the other variants. If the screenshot shows true, then we would witness a new phone characterized by the presence of a 5.5-inch screen with high resolution Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) and Android 5.0 Lollipop as the operating system.
Inside would be integrated processor octa-core 64-bit 2.2 GHz Exynos 7420, flanked by 3 GB of RAM, GPU Mali-T760 and 32 GB internal memory, expandable via microSD cards probably. A major upgrade should cover the two cameras : in particular, the front would pass to a 5 megapixel sensor while the rear 20 megapixels.
The smartphone flagship next year could take borrowed some elements of design featuring the latest mobile made of metal, such as the Alpha Galaxy, the Galaxy A5 and also the Galaxy Note 4. In addition to the traditional version of the Galaxy S6, you could attend the launch of an edition screen EDGE curved, which will extend to the edge just like the one that finds space in the peculiar Galaxy Note Edge.
It seems that Samsung internally call it Project Zero; since the Galaxy S5 was announced in February at the Mobile World Congress 2014, and launched in April, it seems likely that the new Samsung Galaxy S6 can be unveiled and marketed in the same period of 2015.
