Galaxy S4 YouTube user “Ghostlyrich” generated a modest stake in the usual overnight charge. The owner has awakened the next morning with a smell of burning plastic coming from the smartphone that appeared visibly damaged. The user has posted video in which he describes what happened, getting a straight answer from Samsung.
The company agrees to replace the device only if Ghostlyrich will be able to provide concrete evidence that will prove the truth of what happened. Once satisfied the request, however, Samsung will ask you to remove the video before sending the new smartphone, along with other “extreme conditions” to solve the case, as Electronista reports.
Ghostlyrich argues that the Samsung Galaxy S4 was connected to an electrical outlet using the charger and cable original , as shown in the video which is shown followed. The user, willing to meet the demand of the elimination of the video, which shows among other clauses it was required not to discuss the incident further, both in public and in private.
