The rumors on the name of the new phablet and the launch date was correct. Samsung has indeed confirmed that the Galaxy Note 7 will be announced on August 2 . The event Unpacked 2016 will take place in New York (and simultaneously in Rio de Janeiro and London). The Korean manufacturer has unveiled the reasons that led to the choice of the name.
