Honor 8: 7 challenge to iPhone (and Galaxy S7) – Panorama

The quality you pay, the old saying goes. Maybe, but look at the new Honor 8 would think that certain principles of popular wisdom are no longer valid in the world of mobile telephony. The youngest of the brand born from a rib of Huawei succeeds in fact almost impossible to whet the appetite of those who until recently served a cell from 800 euro but with a saving of almost 50% of the estimated budget.

In the focus, of course, there is the more expensive smartphones (and sold) in the world, the ‘ iPhone , but also all those top the range in the last few days have been appreciated for the quality of their solutions, both aesthetically and functionally. The ability to combine two objectives that snap working simultaneously also lets you use a series of filters, you can include the option to set fire also in post production, which aim to reduce the gap from professional cameras.

on pure performance level, the new Honor 8 shows a respectable pedigree: the Kirin 950 processor (very similar to that fitted to the P9) is the flagship of a budget which includes among other resources a motion coprocessor, 4 GB of RAM , 32 GB of internal memory (expandable via microSD), Wi-Fi dual-band (2.4 and 5 GHz) and HSPA + connectivity Cat. 6.

As for the battery, 3,000 mAh , can be recharged through a new turbo-feeder (with connector USB Type-C ) that promises a recovery of 50% in just 30 minutes.
