Samsung has unveiled the 2016 versions of Galaxy J5 and J7 . The Korean manufacturer has made a number of improvements compared to the 2015 models, including higher manufacturing quality and updated internal components. The new smartphone Android instead retain the same cameras as their predecessors. The devices have been announced in China, but should also arrive in Europe in the coming months.
Both Galaxy have a metal frame and a back cover in plastic. The Galaxy J7 (2016) has a screen Super AMOLED 5.5 inch with full HD resolution (1920 × 1080 pixels) and integrates an octa-core 1.6 processor GHz (possibly an Exynos 7870), supported by 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of flash memory, expandable with microSD cards. The Galaxy J5 (2016) instead has a Super AMOLED display 5.2 inch HD resolution (1280 × 720 pixels) and integrates a quad core 1.2 processor GHz, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage.
the cameras use sensors from 13:05 megapixel camera with f / 1.9 and LED flash. Connectivity is provided by WiFi 802.11b / g / n, Bluetooth 4.1 modules, GPS, NFC and LTE . The battery capacity is 3300 mAh for the Galaxy J7 (2016) and 3100 mAh for the Galaxy J5 (2016). The biggest model measures 151,7x76x7,8 millimeters and weighs 170 grams, while the “little brother” measuring 145.8 × 72.3 × 8.1 mm and weighs 159 grams.
The Galaxy J7 and J5 offered by China Mobile are dual SIM . Samsung did not specify the version of the operating system or the sales price.
