Samsung will announce the Galaxy S7 in Barcelona. This is the only official news that comes from South Korea, because all those circulating on the Net are the result of indiscretions. The same Asian manufacturer has however confirmed indirectly that the Unpacked 2016 event will feature also the Galaxy S7 edge . Galaxy S7 edge . The new smartphone will have the same functionality as Galaxy S6 and S6 edge edge + that recently received the update to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. In addition to the wide panels 160 pixels (Single Edge) it is available a panel larger (Single Edge Plus) which allows the display of more information, such as sports results and performance of the securities on the Stock Exchange. Edge Feeds, instead, shows the date, time, weather conditions, notifications, etc. when the screen is off.
As for the design there are some innovations. Contrary to what is suggested above, the back camera of the Galaxy S7 will still protruding. Thanks to the new 12-megapixel module, the so-called “camera hump” will, however, a thickness of only 0.8 mm , and less than half the Galaxy S6 (1.7 mm).

According to the latest rumor, the two Galaxy S7 will have a screen Quad HD 5.1 inch and integrate Snapdragon processors 820 and Exynos 8890, supported by 4 GB of RAM and 32/64/128 GB of storage. It should return to the slot microSD , as well as the IP67 certification. The confirmation will come on February 21 during the Unpacked event held at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
