Samsung Galaxy S6 and Note 4 could mark the end of an era for the Asian manufacturer. How so? For the advance of Tizen of course. The South Korean company pushes strongly for its ecosystem: 2015 will be the year of this proprietary OS , which trasborderà certainly a large number of smartphones from here a few months.
Directly from its official blog, the top corporate explain why it is crucial to point directly to the operating system.
Just staking ? The advantages are many: weight , and therefore lower consumption, flow and reactivity (for multitasking and web browsing unprecedented) and versatility (fits in smartphones, smartwatch and to the latest appliances).
This means to say goodbye to Android ? Of course not. The spokesman explained that the OS used by them will not be set aside, we will proceed because the two realities can interface well with each other. Tizen, potentially, has a great future ahead of him.
Will the end of Bada ? Not at all, because this will not be relegated to the smartphone segment, but also used elsewhere (televisions, washing machines, refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, etc.). There is talk, for prediction, a probable use of well 665 million items. A huge leap forward, however, we do not believe that erode the regular course of future events (Samsung Galaxy S6) and present (Note 4).
How to applications available on Tizen? Samsung is also working on this, trying to involve as many developers as possible through the organization of events dedicated to publishing and all the necessary material (including SDK) to facilitate the development on the proprietary platform. At this point only remains to be seen whether the words will remain words, or find concrete expression in the months. Meanwhile we continue to enjoy the Notes 4, waiting to hold in our hands the Samsung Galaxy S6.
