Samsung Galaxy S8, full screen without frames? – Want …

there are still many months before the announcement of the Galaxy S8, but the so-called "rumor machine" is always in function. According to latest rumors coming from South Korea, Samsung would have decided to make a radical change to the design of the next top of the range, choosing solutions rather extreme, such as the elimination of frames and the Home button. Clearly these are assumptions that will need to be confirmed or denied by the Korean manufacturer.

Samsung is currently struggling with the problem of the built-in battery in the new Galaxy Note 7 that, in the worst case, may result in a second warning for the phablet. For this reason, the company would have almost the obligation to make a Galaxy S8, really revolutionary to save the company’s reputation and show off all of its advanced skills in this field. The first change should be the disappearance of the Home button.

The Galaxy S8 may have a screen "bezel-less", and then cover the entire front surface, possibly leaving a small frame for the camera and sensors at the top. This means that the curvature of the display Super AMOLED 4K (hydrophobic?) it will extend also in the lower part. The fingerprint reader, based on the technology of ultrasonic Sense ID of Qualcomm, would be hidden directly under the screen. The touch accidentally could be inhibited through software.

Other alleged specifications include the Snapdragon processor 830 or Exynos 8895, 4, or 6 GB RAM and a double rear camera. Should not miss the microSD slot, the USB Type-C and the scanner of the iris, already integrated in the ill-fated Galaxy Note 7. The announcement of the Galaxy S8 is expected for the first quarter of 2017, perhaps before the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
