Galaxy Note 7-in-plane, up to 10 years in prison – Want …

The Galaxy Note 7 is no longer in business and the Samsung has asked its customers to return the phablet in stores to replace it with another smartphone or receive a full refund of the expense. Users who, for some unknown reason, they do not listen to the council should leave home without their device, if they want to take a plane and do not go up to 10 years in prison.

The Department of Transportation, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) have announced in the end of the week, the ban to bring the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on board the aircraft. The FAA had already prohibited the lighting and the charging of the smartphone, and the transport in the baggage hold. Now the passengers can’t get on the plane with the phablet and, in case you refuse to comply with the order, will be denied them boarding. Samsung will notify its customers via SMS. This should avoid problems at the security checks.

Alitalia, following the disposal of the u.s. Department of Transportation has announced that the Galaxy Note 7 may not be brought on board. As evidenced by the numerous cases reported, the phablet is emitting smoke due to overheating (Samsung has yet to discover the reason for it) and this could cause the explosion of the battery.

The Galaxy Note 7 is considered to be a explosive material, and therefore is subject to the regulations in force in the United States. Passengers who do not comply with the ban face a fine of up to 179.933 dollars and up to 10 years jail for having committed a federal crime.
