After losing the hopes, all owners of the good old Galaxy Note 3 Neo have received the long-awaited update to Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and so is repeated on the market as an offer still valid for those looking for a device of this class now at a very affordable price. In this article today, we will see it in comparison with the Galaxy A7 , another smartphone Samsung released in February this year. We see the following common features and hardware differences.
Display and processor
Both devices feature a display of 5.5 inches with technology Super AMOLED that provides a display more than excellent. However, the Galaxy A7 is able to offer performance overall graphics best since we have a panel with full HD resolution and 401 PPI against HD display with a pixel density of 267 other Galaxy. There is also the glass Corning Gorilla Glass 4 device mounted on the Galaxy series A. In terms of performance, we have under the hood two chipsets from the series in-house Exynos , but that offer different performance. As for the photo department, the Galaxy A7 has the better, even if we have in common autofocus, LED flash and video capture in Full HD . The latter offers a 13-megapixel main camera and a secondary 5 while the variant of the Galaxy Note 3 Neo offers 8 megapixels and 2 megapixels respectively.
Weight, thickness, OS and battery
The overall design of the Galaxy A7 is better than that offered other devices because we have an all-metal body with a weight of 141 g and a thickness of 6.3 mm against the respective 162.5 g and 8.6 mm of the Galaxy Note 3. As mentioned in the introduction, the series device Galaxy Note has received recently upgrading to Android 5.1.1 Lollipop . The A7, however, currently runs with version 5.0.2 Lollipop and not know anything yet sull’update. Finally, we have two batteries which differ by 500 mAh: 3100 mAh removable on the Galaxy Note 3 Neo and 2600 mAh non-removable on the Galaxy A7.
