Sprint has just introduced an exclusive new variant of the Samsung Galaxy S5. It’s called Galaxy S5 Sport and seems to be halfway between the original Galaxy S5 and S5 Active Galaxy that was announced by AT & T last month.

The Galaxy S5 Sport Android physical buttons on the front, as on the Galaxy S5 Active, but has a completely new design: the structured body seems more robust than that of the Galaxy S5, but it is not quite up to the high standards of strength S5 Active.

In addition, the carrier does not mention if the Galaxy S5 Sport certified military grade as it has the Active variant. This means that it is to be expected in the model ‘Sport’ the same level of protection as in” Active ‘.

All the usual connectivity options are the same, including support for 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and GPS. The handset has a 2800mAh battery and runs the Android operating system 4.4.2 KitKat.
