For several weeks rumors circulating of a new family of smartphones Samsung that should be placed between the Galaxy and the Galaxy J, from the point of view of the technical characteristics. Over the weekend appeared in Geekbench database the SM-C5000 model that could be the Galaxy C5 from 5.2 inches. Other members of the series would be the Galaxy C3 (4.7 inches), and Galaxy C7 (5.5 inches), of which, however, do not know almost nothing.
The Korean manufacturer offers different smartphone for every price range. The main difference between the different models is usually represented by the materials used for the frame. The recent Galaxy (2016), however, share the same manufacturing quality of the Galaxy S7, as they were made of aluminum and glass. The plastic used previously for the Galaxy J has been partly replaced by metal. It is therefore likely that the Galaxy C are entirely Aluminum , even if they belong to the mid-range.
The Samsung SM-C5000 present in the Geekbench database should have a 5.2-inch full HD display and integrate an octa-core Snapdragon processor 617 1.5 GHz, supported by 4 GB of RAM , an allocation of memory greater than that in (2 or 3 GB) in analogous products. The operating system is Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow . The Galaxy C5 could be announced in the coming months, along with the Galaxy C3 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch Galaxy C7.
The official launch is scheduled for the month of May in China. It is not known at the time, if the new series will also be distributed in Europe and the United States.
