A patent filed by Samsung shows how the design could be the next smartphone, the Galaxy probably S5 or the Galaxy Note 4.

As can be seen through the two images to accompany the application for patent , there is virtually no frame around the display : These have become smaller and smaller in the over time, but Samsung could eliminate them altogether short of a new device. The giant is also believed to touch buttons , which would represent a big change for the Galaxy Note and Galaxy S range, while the overall shape of the project resembles the HTC One or the now almost forgotten HTC One X + .
It is good to note, however, that seems to be absent the slot for the S Pen , so it is more likely that the concept refers to the Galaxy S5 or future smartphones from the same series, and not to the Galaxy notes. In any case, it is interesting to see how the company thinks of something else: a device characterized by such a design would extremely slim, compact and with a front hood virtually absent, with a very small frame useful to contain only the camera module and some sensors.
Being an intellectual, it is not certain that the South Korean company decides to really take advantage of this design for one of its upcoming devices, but given the current trend of the market – which sees the constant arrival of smartphones with frames always thinner – it’s likely to do so. No comments have been received, however, from the top of Samsung.
